Duffy’s Distain for the Constitution and the Courts

I’ve always been opposed to the curfew in Rochester, primarily on principle. This week I was glad to see that the Appellate Division of state Supreme Court ruled the 2-year old law unconstitutional. Since I still have faith in our country as a free society I could have predicted this ruling, but what did surprise me was our mayor’s reaction.
