The Obama Deception – A Movie Review

by Damon R.-W. | riseuprochester.org | March 14, 2009

Alex Jones, for those who don’t know, is the self-described “tip of the spear” in the Infowar. Jones is a nationally-syndicated radio host with a daily listening audience in the hundreds of thousands and he has directed and produced over 20 documentary films. The most recent film, The Obama Deception, could in time be remembered as one of the most important films in our history. The movie is indicative of being rush-released, which it clearly was. Timing is everything. Mr Jones knew what he was doing in getting this film out to the masses fast and I would venture is evidence of its critical timeliness at this moment in history. Never have so many people been so tantalizingly close to waking up their fellow man to the realities of the world we live in. This film may be the one to finally do that.

Barack Obama, despite what the Madison Avenue spin doctors try to tell/sell us, is not the ONE. I think Alex Jones and his film The Obama Deception might just be the ONE. The title of this film is slightly misleading because it is not a film about Obama per se, his questionable character, or even the legitimacy of his presidency in light of the questions surrounding the true origin of his birth. It does cover some of his campaign messages/promises and his subsequent reversals upon assuming office. Notably he has shirked on his commitment to withdrawal the troops from Iraq and also not to appoint lobbyists to his cabinet.

Though Obama gets top billing in this movie the film isn’t that much about our spruce pack-a-day new Prez. What it breaks down is the false left-right paradigm, the military industrial owned and therefore controlled mainstream media and the unholy alliance between the Federal Government and the private offshore banking cartel that is the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve is the crack dealing money machine to the Federal Government which has been an addict of fiat money since 1913 when Woodrow Wilson sold our country out to the Wall Street den of vipers and thieves. This is the film that will finally get people to understand that there is a shadow government behind the puppet government. It is run by the Rothschild-Rockefeller-British & Dutch Royal Family and assorted Bilderberg cohorts. This is the Anglo-American Empire exposed and Jones does better in exposing the great lie in The Obama Deception than any other film on the subject to date, even his own earlier films.

Some highlights of the 2 hour film are commentary by the extremely balanced and knowledgeable historian Webster G. Tarpley, who is the epitome of calm in a crisis as well as Gerald Celente, top future trends forecaster who long ago saw the onset of Depression 2009 like a dim light down a subway tunnel. The best line in this movie goes to seminal hip-hopper Professor Griff of Public Enemy who asks, “where did we get this sense that just because we have a black man as President everything is going to be OK…everything is NOT going to be OK.”

Another great quote from Gerald Celente speaking of Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner – “he was the former President of the NY Federal Reserve and now he’s our Treasury Secretary?” It is truly an absurd appointment - the former NY head of the banker to the government is now running the Treasury!?! But this should come as no surprise for every single Obama appointment is an avowed enemy of the Republic and Jones lists their credentials:

Henry Kissinger.

  • Treasury Secreaty, Timothy Geithner – Bilderberg Group (BG), Trilateral Commission (TC)
  • Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham ClintonBG, Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) married to TC member Bill Clinton
  • Ambassador to the UN, Susan Rice – TC
  • National Security Advisor, Gen. James L. Jones – BG, TCCFR
  • Dept. National Security Advisor, Thomas Donilon – CFRTC

  • State Department Special Envoy, Richard M. Hass – BG, TC, CFR (President)

As big John D. Rockefeller figured out a long time ago, the best business to be in is the business of government. The business of government has been consolidated for close to a hundred years in preparation for the final take-down of the American Republic. This film ends with an inspirational message: everyone who watches this film and everyone in the Infowar is as important today as the Founding Fathers were 240 years ago - we are the modern day sons and daughters of liberty.

Most people in America today aren’t even aware that we are in a war, or if they are they believe that war to be in the Middle East and Central Asia. Most people are not yet aware of the Infowar that is being waged against the population and resisted by people like Alex Jones through his movies. That is rapidly changing and with the release of The Obama Deception the resistance has a game changer, “a thermonuclear information bomb,” that once it explodes will cause a serious crack in the plans of the globalists and stall their agenda, hopefully long enough that we can turn this thing around for good and avoid the tragedy that befell the “greatest generation”.

I predict a great number of the following comments will ignore the fact the movie presents and reasoned and sustained argument, with horrifying implications, that cannot be ignored by anyone who cares about humanity.
How much will it take before people gain the courage to deal with the fact that the view of the political reality of the world that they have grown up with is wrong.
We know horrors have happened throughout history.
We know the world is controlled by bad people.
This movie, like many other works produced by thoughtful intelligent observers of life, merely joins the dots.
    And yet…here we go…conspiracy nut…alex jones is a moron…this movie is just rubbish….the scary music sucks…..
    just wait and see….
and meanwhile, the new world order of death draws ever closer.
    God help us all.

why do you call Alex Jones a moron? this guy has done so much to inform/educate people including you…

  • Andrew S. said:

Your reading comprehension leaves something to be desired. Re-read what James actually said and you'll see that HE wasn't saying Alex is a moron. He was predicting people were going to show up and dismiss everything Alex says.

It's like you people are attracted to epic failures like moth to flame.

You people are selling bullshit. You're deranged. You're suckers.

This stupid mockumentary will be just another Alex Jones epic failure.

Regardless of what you think about Alex Jones or his fans this movie does point out the glaring lies that Obama has told. I wouldn't consider myself a fan of Alex Jones, I've only seen two of his movies and I rarely visit his websites, but he is doing us a service that others refuse to do. I've always believed that the best picture that you can get of reality is one based on multiple perspectives. Alex's facts in this movie are backed up by numerous other sources. So I don't care if you like Jones or not, this movie is accurate. Obama is a liar, a deceiver, and a puppet and the two parties are just two heads of the same monster. So do yourself a favor if you think this is all just a bunch of bull and look up where Obama's cabinet picks came from. Ask yourself why so many members of his economic team are from Wall street and why so much tax payer money is now going to Wall street. Then ask yourself what exactly it was that Obama was talking about when he said "Change."

Hey Damon, great job with the review. Did you see that it got picked up by PrisonPlanet?

I agree with a lot of your analysis of the film. It does seem like it was a bit rushed. I feel that it could have been a little shorter in spots, but overall the strategy was really great. It didn't focus on stupid things like if he was born in the US, etc. In fact, it avoided talking about Obama directly and instead focused on his actions and the people behind him. This film would have been a total failure if it just bashed Obama for two hours. It would have polarized people even more in this country without really showing anyone how the presidents are all puppets. I'm glad that KRS-ONE and Professor Griff were in the film, I think there statements are profound and I love hearing them speak. The best part of the film? Wayne Paul! B)

    A MUST SEEINDEED!!!!

I personally felt the C2C call between Alex and George was a little over the top for the film. I’d prefer to see the David Icke interview about the “delusion of hope” in place of the majority of the Bilderberg footage…. besides that, I think Alex, Rob, and Aaron did an incredible job getting such a great tool in the infowar in our hands so quickly. The animations/graphics were very well produced. And the organization of info was perfect - the doc goes by very fast. And I love the fact that Jones used a softer voice-over. Although I love when Jones was screaming on “9-11 Road to Tyranny” about the paper passport and although I, like every other patriot, is inspired by Jones’ intensity, it was great to hear a softer side of Alex.

BEST PART - Nancy and Rahm thanking Obama for the Bailout - Indeed the tell tale moment!!!

GODSPEED to Alex, his family and his team of infowarriors. We will win this battle!!!

It's an outstanding film. Yes, it was rushed to release (saw a couple of very minor gaffs — mostly bullet points that read out of sync with the narration). Honestly, I don't care.

AJ has put together his best production to date. The information is a bit sobering, if not nauseating. A lot of people will be unhappy with this film because it's so hard to believe they've been played for suckers. Try to talk them into giving it a look anyway. The flick doesn't actually slam Obama as a person. It just purports that he is doing what he is told to do. Told by people with more money and power than they do the milk of human kindness.

It is of great importance that we understand the cabinet picks of the Obama administration and their previous iterations of public policy making. It is likewise important to understand the reasons behind Obama not repealing things like the Patriot Act or the Military Commissions Act of 2006. Instead, he took time out to repeal the Bush administration's banning on embryonic stem cell research — something that could surely wait until we've sorted out Habeas Corpus, Quo Warranto, the status of people we've illegally detained and not charged as well as torture, rendition and our very involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I feel badly for the people who voted for Obama, believing fully that this was a young, smart, kindly human being who would represent them to the fullest of his ability and restore the liberties stolen from us by the past criminal administration. He, indeed, appears to be just another toy of the owners of this country. And, they will not relinquish their power until and unless people start coming together and taking a stand against them.

AJ's film explains who and where they are.

For a primer, Endgame by Alex Jones is quite good. There is plenty of good, documented and vetted content out there. All you have to do is reach out and grab it.

  • Andrew S. said:

I agree about the phone call footage. I found myself having to explain what was going on to others because I knew more of the back story behind it. If half of the Bilderberg section had been cut the whole film would have been stronger to a new audience.

Jenny, either post some useful information or shut up,

If you have some evidence or proof that the Bilderberg Group, Tri-Lateral Commission or CFR are not profoundly anti-democratic conspiracies, please just post it (or shut up).

Likewise, if you have any credible reasons to think that the Obama-regime is anything but a "new world order" tool, just post them (or shut up).

Seriously, next time you have nothing useful of interesting to say, just shut up instead.

I am sick of paying the price for self-righteous fools like you.

Tarpley certainly is very knowledgeable historian and I would add brilliant.

While he seem to things a little too far, that minor point and we certainly do not expect Tarpley to be perfect either.

Good luck trying to prove that Tarpley is wrong too.

The film indeed does a good job of exposing major O campaign promises that have already been broken. It successfully exposes the (private) Federal Reserve, the grasp it has on our cajones, and Obama's servile and significant influence in the passage of one of the Fed's favorite stepchildren - the bailout. It does a pretty good job of pointing out a vision of the future that includes sham (but highly profitable) carbon taxation and millions of people in devoted service to the very government responsible for the rapidly deteriorating quality of our worldly lives.

I agree, however, with several others - virtually the entire Marriott/Bilderberg sequence should have been omitted. It didn't make its point very well, and centered on a totally peripheral scenario focused almost solely on Alex Jones. This will turn at least some people away. Also, some ostensibly damning quotes from elitists are not supported with documentation. In the past I've tried to substantiate some of the same David Rockefeller quotes, with no success.

Really it seems to be a greater service to your cause if we draw a line between what we believe and shear conspiracy. This review is correct in that the film is not really about Obama. Please show me one concrete instance where Obama is a ‘puppet’ or ‘figurehead’ that even begins to resemble the symbiosis of Bush/Cheney. If Obama’s appointees do not follow through on their president’s orders and shamefully continue to feed Wall Street against his will then something must be done. Obama *will* be held responsible. But I am hardly convinced he is merely a puppet/slave/what-have-you to Summers, Geithner, Volcker, etc.

  • Snack Pack said:

Oh, I almost forgot! It would be a shame if Jones were to be swept up with the likes of Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and Chuck Norris. I have no personal concern, but these are the talking points I am reminded of.

  • Andrew S. said:

I would argue that they are following behind him on most of these police state/new world order/north american union issues. Alex Jones has been talking about these things for years (as well as others), while those other three have just recently jumped on the bandwagon.

Alex Jones has also talked about lizard people and the Y2K conspiracy and now he's increasingly talking about the vaccine conspiracy. You are a true moron for following this guy, Andrew.

At the end of the day this is not new news. We have been aware that the real people who run the world are not the faces we see on TV. I can predict that we will have a world war in the near future but with conventional weapons, agreed by the countries that will engage in the war. Reasons there has to be a cull!
Economics, we dont have the resources for the growing population. Think about this clearly, you get rid of 10-25% of the poulation from each country and you are back on top again. If there is no war then I can see biological weapons being used
