Fourth Plane Shot Down on 9/11
I remember a couple of years back telling my friends who were on their way to see United 93 that it was pure propaganda and not believe a word of it. They replied in disbelief and questioned my assertion, but I quickly replied that the movie was released just five years after the events of 9/11 and that we were still in the midst of a war started on the premise that terrorists from Saudi Arabia attacked us. Then we invaded Afghanistan and Iraq. Well United 93 is propaganda simply because it supports the official story. True or not, it’s still propaganda. Now we have even more evidence that all is not as it seemed. Read about it in this excellent article:

Though the trial the man, dubbed “Osama bin Laden’s driver”, is primarily functioning as a show piece for the Bush administration’s “war on terror”, some interesting information emerged from the Guantanamo Bay naval base yesterday in the form of a direct admission from a US prosecutor that the fourth plane was “shot down”.
The revelation came during assertions from representatives for the prosecution that Salim Hamdan had detailed knowledge of the intended target of the fourth hijacked plane on 9/11.
A Reuters report states:
…prosecutor Timothy Stone told the six-member jury of U.S. military officers who will decide Hamdan’s guilt or innocence that Hamdan had inside knowledge of the 2001 attacks on the United States because he overheard a conversation between bin Laden and his deputy, Ayman al-Zawahiri.
“If they hadn’t shot down the fourth plane it would’ve hit the dome,” Stone, a Navy officer, said in his opening remarks.
The tribunal’s chief prosecutor, Col. Lawrence Morris, later explained that Stone was quoting Hamdan in evidence that will be presented at trial. Morris declined to say if the “dome” was a reference to the U.S. Capitol.
The report goes on to state “United Airlines Flight 93 crashed in a field in rural Pennsylvania. U.S. officials have never stated it was shot down although rumors saying that abound to this day.”
Were Stone’s words a “slip of the tongue” in the vain of former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld’s when he also told reporters that flight 93 was shot down?
Flight 93 had an 8 mile wide debris field, a fact that does not tally with official story that the aircraft was fully intact in the seconds before it hit the ground.
Large pieces of fuselage were also recovered from a marina in Indian Lake, a couple of miles away from the crash site, and the planes engines, which according to the laws of physics should have plunged deep into the ground along with the rest of the airliner were never found.
Only a one-ton segment of an engine was ever recovered, again more than a mile from the crash site, which the FBI declared had ‘bounced’ there.
The wreckage from flight 93 remains under armed guard inside Iron Mountain.
Eyewitness accounts, in addition to one call from the flight, also describe loud engine noises, white smoke and parts falling from the flight as it approached its final resting place.
We have previously reported on credible individuals who claim to have personally talked with the pilots who shot the plane down.

Far more than the Rumsfeld “slip of the lip”, the testimony — especially given the tone of the question from the US military attorney — vindicates everything that I’ve written and said on the radio for years.

You really are quite stupid, Andrew. Of course he was quoting Hamdan. It's quite probable that the prosecutor wasn't even in the military when 911 occurred (or at least, he was a very low level JAG officer). Your thinking that he was part of the conspiracy is the thought of a damaged mind.
Now how would Hamdan know what happened to Flight 93? Did he have a radio link with the hijackers? No, that's highly unlikely. It's much more likely that Hamdan is a crazy person like you who wants to believe that Flight 93 was shot down.
And the movie was not propaganda. Why do you assert that it was? It was privately financed, produced by professionals in the industry, and sold for a profit. In your paranoid fantasies, I'm sure the government has a hand in everything.
So let me get this straight:
United 93 - privately financed, produced by professionals and sold for a profit = not propaganda
Alternative media films - privately financed, produced by professionals and sold for a profit (as well as put on the internet for free) = people that are just out to get your money

No, no, don't do that false dichotomy thing again, Andrew. I don't believe that all producers of alternative media films are out to get your money. I will say that Alex Jones is just out to get your money … in fact, he seems to beg for it constantly on his radio show.
Good for him. I'm sure not going to work for free my whole life. If people are willing to send him donations or buy his products, more power to him. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

In other words, it doesn't have to be put out by the government to be propaganda. Anyone making a film about a political event is entering into the conversation about that event and PROPOGATING a view about it. The dictionary happens to use examples that talk about large institutions like the Church and a political party, but as I said, others can put out propaganda too.
Clearly those who made this film knew that it would demonize Muslims and rally support for the War on Terror by using the emotions surrounding the United 93 incident.
Also, I've mentioned this before, but if you don't stop with the harassing comments about mental illness and murder I will personally make sure that you're comments do not appear on this site. It is purely uncalled for, but I realize that when people are uncomfortable with views different from their own they often have to resort to this tactic. As I mentioned before, I really don't want to engage in any conversation with you, because I think it just fuels your mission. Seriously though, I believe in free speech, but your comments are troubling and flat out creepy. I'm not interested in discussing 9/11 truth with you either. So, either politely state your differences and refute issues at hand, or be banned.

Alicia, first, you're not a rational person. You believe that the CIA funded Bin Laden, and his code name was Tim Osman. You believe this based on what Alex Jones tells you, based on the rantings of a meth cooker who probably truly believes he negotiated the hostages out of Iran and created a new form of nuclear weapon.
Second, your quoting of the definition of propaganda is childish.
Third, United 93 was a fairly good guess at what happened that day. I know, I know, you think the plane was shot down, you think any number of things that the evidence does not support. This is because you're most likely insane.
Hopefully, someday, someone will make a movie about the riots that resulted from those Danish cartoons. I think it's important to paint a picture of Muslim extremism, showing its causes and effects. It would seem that you would regard that movie as propaganda, and instantly dismiss it, because it just might have something bad to say about Muslim extremism.
